Good Cars prides itself on customer satisfaction and while we may not always be able to assist financially with an older claim, we will always advise and guide you to the best solution. Our assessment is done with your best interest in mind, and we are always here to help where possible. Please be accepting to emails from us so we can track information both to and from you. There will be times where we advise dropping your vehicle to another location for speed and assurance, this will be advised at the time via email. For the fastest results in regards to your claim/request, please be sure to provide as much information as possible on this submission, this will allow us to accurately assess the situation and book in the right place/s to get the job done right.
We have a certain amount of loan cars available but, it does incur a one-off fee of $35. This fee is non negotiable as goes towards the ongoing costs like insurance, depreciation, maintenance and WOF updates. We understand that this fee may come as a surprise, but it does cost us a lot to maintain these loan cars and have them available for customers to use. Please, if you have an issue with this, please bring it up before accepting and dropping in your vehicle. Please be as accurate as possible with as much information as you can.
